In order to rent from hdrental.com you must fill out a credit application form, credit card authorization form and a rental aggreement form. Download the forms in one PDF file. After you have filled out the forms please email or fax them to back to us.

In order to rent from hdrental.com you must provide proof of insurance. The way you do that is have your insurance company email us an insurance certificate. Please make sure that your insurance also covers general liabilty up to $1,000,000.00. Please make sure that our company and address is on the certificate under certificate holder.
